Bankruptcy: End of the road for the small manufacturer Melkus

Small German manufacturers decidedly difficult to survive in our context. This time it is Melkus announcing its bankruptcy
Only a few weeks ago, we discussed the failure of Artega, the brand wanted to offer an interesting alternative to the Porsche Cayman. This time it is another sign of sports car design light that passes close its doors

Melkus is a small German company that has existed since 1959 and produced its cars in Dresden. With a certain success at the time, the brand had finally disappeared in the late 80's before returning to the front of the stage in 2006 with a brand new sports car, the RS2000

Unfortunately, the pace of production and demand have not been sufficient to ensure the viability of the brand today announced its Melkus bankruptcy with liquidation will be determined by a passage in court. Unless of course a new investor so miraculously to save the brand
